KILLER WHALE

2020.03

"This painting is about a process of self-exploration that starts with a very superficial and boring self. As I continue to dig, I see that I am all sentient beings, represented by the gorgeousness in the bottom. I first created a colorful digital work and then drew it on paper using ink. The largest figure is flying in the air, heading towards two smaller people. This indicates that she is trying to find herself in her solitude. On the left, there is a group of people with a bright cycle to convey that the female figure in the middle will eventually find her place among the crowd.
