"What kind of glance is the cutest and most memorable? Is it the one given by lovers, the silent one, the deliberate one, the tolerant one, or the one to the mountains and the moon?"

 

I created this painting of two men staring at each other in a chaotic crowd using translucent layers of paint. I was inspired by my friend, who fell in love with a girl but faced opposition from her parents. I created this work to support her and assert that it is love, not gender, that matters.
