Three women are in a circle around a newborn infant, whose face is the brightest, which lights up the rest. The background is dark and gloomy in blue to show that birth is nothing delightful but bringing a life in to the world of suffer. And the facial expressions of the women show their numbness toward this situation: no acceptance nor rejection. And other creatures in the back are people celebrating the birth of the baby, with the debris of infants  in the past.  And the fire burns the women away because the world is in a balance: Death accompanies with birth. But the ladies are forced to be happy because they are lightened up involuntarily.
